We are Geoff & Annie, owners of an Apartment in Matagorda located on a small Gated Complex, Playa Pocillos Apartments. We acquired this apartment as a Holiday Letting opportunity, which was uncharted territory for us. We have been using Cleaning Services Lanzarote to provide our Cleaning Services for a year now. One of the main problem areas we found when we embarked on this venture was how difficult it was to find a reliable and professional Cleaning Company. This, of course, is essential when you are not around all of the time. We had two previous Local Companies, for short periods, before appointing Cleaning Services Lanzarote. It is very true that “You never get a Second Chance to make a First impression”. With both prior appointments, the issues were almost identical: unreliable service, inconsistent quality, lack of understanding of the importance of their Services to our Clients. We were at the point of considering whether to continue with Holiday Letting, as without a reliable and consistent Quality of services partner, particularly cleaning, it is a real uphill battle.  We had received adverse comments from Guests regarding the condition of the Apartment, and not for the first time. This forced me to seek to change our Cleaning Services immediately as we had new Guests arriving. 

Cleaning Services Lanzarote changed all of that when we appointed them. Their sincere commitment to our success was evident. I was in the UK at the time and had to appoint from there. Given our previous disappointments with Cleaning Companies, I was a little concerned. I was reassured and very impressed with my initial contact with Claire from Cleaning Services Lanzarote. It was extremely positive and understanding of the requirements we were looking for, and their ability to provide that service, I felt truly heard and understood. Claire stepped up to the plate, went to the apartment as we had Guests arriving and worked her magic. I went out shortly afterwards to formally appoint and discuss ongoing requirements. 

Ever since Cleaning Services Lanzarote have taken over the important responsibility for the preparation and cleaning of our apartment, we have received excellent reviews with individual scores for Cleanliness 9.5 & 10, contributing to us receiving an overall Traveller Review Award from Booking.com in 2024 and again for 2025 of 9.2 out of 10.

We have no hesitation in commending Cleaning Services Lanzarote, their sincere commitment to our success was evident, we feel like Partners, not just clients. They have exceeded our expectations, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Cleaning Services Lanzarote for their tailored service, consistency and an eye for detail.
